About the role

  • Lead demand generation campaigns with Atlassian Solution Partners (webinars, social, content, email, events, Google Ads).
  • Collaborate with the Atlassian Marketplace Team, partner sales/marketing teams, Product, and global SIs to deliver co-marketing programs.
  • Coordinate internally with Partner Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Manage MDF and measure ROI from partner-led programs.
  • Build strong relationships with Atlassian Solution Partners and SIs to build pipeline and accelerate growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in partner or demand-gen marketing (B2B SaaS).
  • Proven success driving co-marketing motions with solution partners/SIs globally.
  • Experience in integrated campaigns (webinars, social, paid, events).
  • Strong project management and a data-driven approach.
  • Bonus points: Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem or marketplace.
