• Je biedt 2nd line support aan installateurs en partners via een ticketingsysteem, telefonisch en per e-mail.
• Wanneer Smappee-installateurs tegen problemen aanlopen tijdens de installatie of configuratie van onze producten, help je actief mee aan het vinden van oplossingen.
• Je ondersteunt onze installateurs en partners door technische vragen te beantwoorden en hen te begeleiden bij het oplossen van problemen die hun eindklanten ervaren.
• Je leert onze producten grondig kennen, zodat je met vertrouwen advies kunt geven en onze klanten kunt ondersteunen.
• Je verzamelt en analyseert feedback van klanten om terugkerende problemen te identificeren en aan te pakken.
• Je werkt nauw samen met de afdelingen R&D en Sales om productverbeteringen mogelijk te maken.
• Je vertaalt technische specificaties naar concrete gebruikersvoordelen en legt deze op een begrijpelijke manier uit aan niet-technische gebruikers.

Hardware Engineer

• You will participate in the design process of systems for the electronic metering and EV-charging in close cooperation with the head of hardware engineering.
• You will work on prototype building and validation (integration of in-house developed components, external sourced components, cabling,...)
• You will design, build and validate test systems for mass production of Printed Circuit Boards and define the hardware test strategy and manufacturability in close cooperation with the NPI Engineer.
• You support the product certification process of the different components and products.
• You work actively on improving the quality of our products and boards.
• Scout and analyze relevant technologies and hardware components and conduct proof of concepts for future designs (Research).
