About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and evaluate business opportunities in the German market to drive company growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to effectively penetrate the German market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, partners and relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct market analyses and research to support informed decision-making.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to tailor promotional and sales strategies specifically for Germany.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business partnerships.
- Support new customers during project rollouts.
- Prepare regular reports on business development progress and relevant market insights.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the EV charging industry, with a track record in acquiring new customers and entering new markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and successfully implement effective business strategies.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Residence in North Rhine-Westphalia and willingness to travel within Germany as needed to visit customers and attend industry events.
- Experience working with CRM software.
