About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the sole technical expert for DC and AC charging infrastructure projects in the Netherlands.
  • Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical interventions for complex charging installations.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to charging hardware (AC and DC), connectivity, backend communication, and energy systems.
  • Coordinate technical escalations with HQ Engineering and Product teams.
  • Support installers and service partners during complex technical cases and interventions.
  • Drive root-cause analysis and contribute to structural improvements in service quality and operational processes.
  • Support warranty handling, spare parts coordination, technical training, and knowledge sharing.
  • Deliver technical training to partners and installers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with DC and AC charging infrastructure.
  • You have a strong technical background in electrical engineering, EV charging, energy systems, industrial automation, or power electronics.
  • You have experience with commissioning, field service, or technical operations within EV charging or energy infrastructure.
  • You are comfortable troubleshooting both hardware and software related issues independently.
  • Knowledge of Dutch installation standards and regulations, including NEN1010, is a strong plus.
  • You are capable to communicate clearly with installers, technical partners, and enterprise customers and work in a structured and autonomous way.
  • You are fluent in Dutch with a solid working knowledge of English.
  • You are willing to travel regularly within the Netherlands.
