• Own deep, high-impact investigations and analyses across Product and Marketing
• Analyze the full acquisition → activation → conversion → retention funnel
• Investigate incrementality, attribution and cannibalization, monetization behavior, funnel leakage, growth efficiency
• Partner closely with Marketing leaders and Product Managers, providing insights for critical business decisions
• Proactively identify anomalies, behavioral patterns, and hidden growth opportunities
• Translate complex analyses into clear takeaways and recommendations
• Support experimentation by helping define success metrics, evaluating impact, and interpreting results
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Science teams when deeper technical implementation is required

Principal Data Analyst – Growth, Product

Developer Relations

• Create hands-on samples and working demos that demonstrate how to solve real document workflow problems with Pdftools technology
• Go beyond samples to build small applications and prototypes that make our technology tangible before installation
• Document your work through technical blog posts, walkthroughs, and architecture deep dives
• Compare approaches through real experiments (e.g. OCR vs vision models vs structured extraction) and publish what you find
• Test LLMs, vision-language models, and agentic systems applied to documents
• Develop clear technical perspectives on when AI improves document workflows and where deterministic processing still wins, and publish those opinions publicly
• Use AI coding tools (e.g. coding agents, LLM-assisted prototyping) to build and iterate quickly
• Contribute meaningfully in spaces like GitHub, Reddit, Hacker News, and developer forums
• Run webinars, live coding sessions, and architecture deep dives
• Attend and speak at relevant developer events
• Share regular insights with product, marketing, and documentation strategy
• Act as an early signal system for where developer needs are heading

• Drive vision and product strategy for PDF Tools Core SDK offering
• Conduct thorough qualitative, quantitative, and market research to identify opportunities for new features & integrations
• Drive the definition of the Objectives & Key Results of your team

Senior Technical Product Manager, Core SDK team

Security Engineer

• Own and maintain the Register of Processing Activities (ROPA) — currently established but requiring ongoing expansion and review.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, Swiss FADP (revDSG), and CCPA requirements across all company operations.
• Manage data subject request (DSR) workflows and ensure timely, compliant responses.
• Own the retention and deletion policy — define, implement, and enforce data lifecycle rules.
• Maintain and improve the company's privacy policies (website, HR, product-level).
• Maintain the processor register and DPA repository.
• Ensure all active vendors/processors have reviewed DPAs with appropriate safeguards (SCCs, Swiss addenda).
• Establish and run an annual vendor review cadence.
• Map and document international data transfers and safeguards.
• Own the company's Technical and Organizational Measures (TOMs) documentation.
• Drive formalization and periodic testing of security controls.
• Coordinate penetration testing with external partners.
• Build toward a security monitoring and incident response capability.
• Own the risk register — maintain it, drive risk owners to close items, report to leadership.
• Evaluate and recommend security tooling (e.g., CVE scanning, static analysis integration, SIEM).
• Track emerging regulatory requirements (AI Act, DORA, NIS2) and assess applicability.

• Own day-to-day HubSpot configuration: properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, views, and data hygiene
• Build and maintain workflows, sequences, and deal automation logic
• Manage user permissions, onboarding new reps, and HubSpot training
• Design and implement cross-tool automations using HubSpot Workflows, Zapier, n8n, and AI-powered tools
• Document processes and maintain an up-to-date automation inventory
• Identify and eliminate manual work across Sales and Customer Success teams
• Extract, model, and analyze CRM and product data to support business decisions
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline, revenue, and funnel metrics
