About the role
- Own day-to-day HubSpot configuration: properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, views, and data hygiene
- Build and maintain workflows, sequences, and deal automation logic
- Manage user permissions, onboarding new reps, and HubSpot training
- Design and implement cross-tool automations using HubSpot Workflows, Zapier, n8n, and AI-powered tools
- Document processes and maintain an up-to-date automation inventory
- Identify and eliminate manual work across Sales and Customer Success teams
- Extract, model, and analyze CRM and product data to support business decisions
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline, revenue, and funnel metrics
- Ensure data integrity across the full customer lifecycle — from lead to renewal
- Track and report on sales targets, quota attainment, and rep-level KPIs
- Support commission and incentive plan calculations (SPIFs, quarterly targets)
- Serve as the go-to expert on sales processes and CRM best practices
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to translate business needs into system logic
Requirements
- 2+ years in a RevOps, SalesOps or similar operational role in a B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on HubSpot experience — you've built workflows, custom properties, and reports yourself
- Proficiency with at least one automation tool (Zapier, n8n, Make, or equivalent)
- Strong data skills: comfortable with Excel/Sheets, and ideally with BI tools (Looker, Metabase, etc.)
- Solid understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR, churn, NRR, pipeline velocity, conversion rates
- Familiarity with the full B2B revenue funnel: SDR → AE → CSM → Renewal
- Detail-oriented and structured — you catch what others miss
- Autonomous and proactive — you flag problems before being asked
- Clear communicator — able to translate technical logic for non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
