About the role

  • Own day-to-day HubSpot configuration: properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, views, and data hygiene
  • Build and maintain workflows, sequences, and deal automation logic
  • Manage user permissions, onboarding new reps, and HubSpot training
  • Design and implement cross-tool automations using HubSpot Workflows, Zapier, n8n, and AI-powered tools
  • Document processes and maintain an up-to-date automation inventory
  • Identify and eliminate manual work across Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Extract, model, and analyze CRM and product data to support business decisions
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline, revenue, and funnel metrics
  • Ensure data integrity across the full customer lifecycle — from lead to renewal
  • Track and report on sales targets, quota attainment, and rep-level KPIs
  • Support commission and incentive plan calculations (SPIFs, quarterly targets)
  • Serve as the go-to expert on sales processes and CRM best practices
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to translate business needs into system logic

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a RevOps, SalesOps or similar operational role in a B2B SaaS company
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience — you've built workflows, custom properties, and reports yourself
  • Proficiency with at least one automation tool (Zapier, n8n, Make, or equivalent)
  • Strong data skills: comfortable with Excel/Sheets, and ideally with BI tools (Looker, Metabase, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR, churn, NRR, pipeline velocity, conversion rates
  • Familiarity with the full B2B revenue funnel: SDR → AE → CSM → Renewal
  • Detail-oriented and structured — you catch what others miss
  • Autonomous and proactive — you flag problems before being asked
  • Clear communicator — able to translate technical logic for non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
