Develop and implement regional business development strategies aligned with company goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets across the Middle East (GCC, Levant, North Africa depending on scope).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, government entities, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events in the region.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with internal policies and financial goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, finance, and legal.
Monitor and report on performance against KPIs, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue growth
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and cultural practices in business dealings.
Requirements
Minimum [5+] years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the Middle East.
Strong network of contacts and market knowledge in at least one key Middle Eastern market (e.g., UAE, KSA, Qatar).
Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel frequently within the region.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.
