The Regional Sales Managers lead teams of Territory Managers who acquire new shops, upsell existing partners and ensure territories are healthy and growing.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, GTM, Implementation, Operations and Product to define and execute strategy and optimize the customer journey.
Coach, hire, motivate, and retain Territory Managers; drive team to meet and exceed goals.
Spend significant time in the field (up to 75%) with reps.
Requirements

Sets and holds high standards for themselves and their team
Wants to be in the field with their reps as much as possible (as much as 75% of the time)
Naturally curious and obsessed with understanding the how + why behind everything
Able to hire, motivate, coach and retain high-performing teams
Loves data, process engineering, and using technology (tools & systems, AI, etc.) to enhance their individual and team’s ability to succeed
3+ years of full-cycle sales management experience (ideally outside or field sales)
Valid driver's license and vehicle for travel
