About the role
- Drive full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, from sourcing to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs.
- Manage the candidate experience with speed, ensuring communication at every stage.

Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related roles in a start-up (Series A -Series D) or from the agency side.
- Strong sourcing skills with a knack for creative tooling for engaging top talent across functions.
- Understanding of B2B, SaaS roles ranging from highly technical to non-technical positions.
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage 6+ searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious about talent market dynamics and eager to bring forward insights and ideas.
