About the role
- We build software for Airbnbs to rent themselves, with a state-of-the-art product and user experience.
- Hospitable.com is a remote-only and fully distributed company; we hire based on timezones, not countries.
- Help inbound leads (warm and cold) assess fit via Google Meet, email, live chat, and phone.
- Provide product demos, webinars, and onboarding sessions via Google Meet.
- Become a client-facing product expert for an evolving software product.
- Manage a pipeline from first touch to close using HubSpot.
- Create and test new email templates and sequences in HubSpot to engage leads and deliver value.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets in a high-volume environment and report host feedback to the team.
- Provide process feedback and explore new initiatives when proposed.
- Schedule: primarily North American time zones (PT/ET), reporting Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Caring about the impact your work has on your team and the company.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in B2B and B2C SaaS sales.
- Attention to detail and eagerness for constant improvement.
- Very special kudos if you are an Airbnb host or have been working with a short-term rental business.
- Experience in a solution-based sales environment (preferred).
- Ability to thrive in high-volume sales and meet quarterly targets.
- Willingness to suggest and try new approaches.
- Value constructive criticism and actively seek self-improvement.
- Comfortable working without a strict script.
- Able to tell a potential deal if Hospitable isn’t the best fit.
- Able to convert cold leads into warm leads.
- Able to succeed in a flat organizational structure with high individual initiative.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English, written and spoken.
- Experience with HubSpot, Intercom, Airbnb, STR, Vacation Rentals, Startups (a plus).
