Product Marketing

• Partner with Product Managers from the earliest stages of development to influence what we build and how we go to market with the latest features
• Make decisions based on your competitive research, customer interviews, and market opportunities
• Contribute to decision-making around which features are included in which plans, and help to drive both recurring and transactional revenue

• Collaborate closely with the Growth team to ensure every new feature and campaign contributes to the health of our full funnel: website → free trial → online travel agency (OTA) connection → subscription → onboarding → adoption → retention
• Analyze early adoption metrics and user behavior to refine messaging, positioning, and placement over time
• Conduct competitive research to inform product roadmap decisions and identify opportunities for Hospitable to differentiate

Senior Product Marketing Manager

Accountant

• Support the accounting function by performing balance sheet reconciliations for various business entities.
• Manage accounts payables efficiently, ensuring timely payments.
• Ensure compliance with Belgian VAT regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of required tax filings and regulatory compliance documents.
• Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries—reporting to our Group Financial Controller.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to provide financial insights and support operational efficiency.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and streamline accounting processes.

Customer Success Manager

• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned customers by acting as their primary point of contact, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our software.
• Quarterly Business Reviews: Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with assigned customers to assess the current use of the software, discuss upcoming features, and identify any challenges or opportunities for improvement.
• Product Roadmap Updates: Keep customers informed about the latest product developments, upcoming features, and how they can leverage these to achieve their business objectives. Gather feedback to influence future product enhancements.
• Upsell and Expansion Opportunities: Proactively identify and drive opportunities for customers to expand their use of our software, whether through additional features, higher-tier subscriptions, or complementary products, aligned with the customer's strategic goals.
• Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring that customer feedback and insights are heard and acted upon by the product, support, and marketing teams. Work with one of our awesome customer advocates Rey, whose favorite fruit is Grapefruit.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor customer health metrics, track the success of implemented strategies, and report on customer satisfaction and retention metrics.

Customer Success Manager, Americas

Backend Engineer

• You will be diving deep into our foundational codebase, which glues together our entire product lines and partner connectivity, to develop new features, maintain existing features, and improve platform stability and partner connectivity. Your work will have a direct impact on thousands of customers’ short-term rental operations.
• Know current OTA connections inside-out to get the maximum benefit out of partner APIs, improve downtime resilience, and increase edge-case coverage.
• Implement and maintain integrations with future connectivity partners.
• Add your voice to product shaping discussions, ship new core platform features 0→1, and iterate based on customer feedback.
• Work with Devon whose favourite fruit is Raspberry.
• Use your software engineering chops to build magical user experiences, which are both simple for customers to use and simple for other engineers to understand and maintain.
• Partner with product, sales, customer success, and other engineers to develop and ship features that solve the right problems.
• Work within our “majestic” monolithic codebase, sitting on a Kubernetes-powered infrastructure-as-code stack.
• Implement and use observability tooling to track and debug post-deployment.
• Seek out and remedy performance/resource issues and feature bugs that have the most impact on business operations and customer experience.
• Refactor core platform and connectivity code to make it easier to understand, maintain, and test.

Product Engineer – Core, Connectivity, Laravel

Frontend Engineer

• You will be an important part of our product and engineering team, focusing on delivering magical user experiences to our hosts.
• After a few weeks onboarding, you'll dive right into feature development; building, improving and owning the experience that we deliver to hosts and their guests.
• Partner with product, sales, customer success and other engineers to develop, ship and own features that solve problems for our hosts.
• Help us shape the product - Use your knowledge and skills to help shape and improve something. (You won't get perfect specs and be expected to just execute on them)
• Move fast, look for opportunities to simplify, figure out how work can be broken into smaller chunks to ship an MVP sooner, or provide value to hosts faster.
• Work with Tinkara whose favourite fruit is Persimmon.
• Use your engineering chops to build magical user experiences, ship them, iterate on them, take ownership and accountability for making sure they are as good as they can be.
• Implement and use observability tooling to help you achieve the above. We use LogRocket and Sentry to help us track and debug production features.

Account Executive

• We build software for Airbnbs to rent themselves, with a state-of-the-art product and user experience.
• Hospitable.com is a remote-only and fully distributed company; we hire based on timezones, not countries.
• Help inbound leads (warm and cold) assess fit via Google Meet, email, live chat, and phone.
• Provide product demos, webinars, and onboarding sessions via Google Meet.
• Become a client-facing product expert for an evolving software product.
• Manage a pipeline from first touch to close using HubSpot.
• Create and test new email templates and sequences in HubSpot to engage leads and deliver value.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets in a high-volume environment and report host feedback to the team.
• Provide process feedback and explore new initiatives when proposed.
• Schedule: primarily North American time zones (PT/ET), reporting Monday through Friday.
