Requirements

  • We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes.
  • Mission: To inspire and develop the Talent Acquisition team so that Sleek can source, interview and easily/quickly close great talent in every department and in every market that we operate in.
  • Outcomes:
  • Bring in A Players quickly and easily
  • Deliver high quality hires within agreed SLAs
  • Ensure there is good pipeline depth in critical roles/ larger departments
  • ATS hygiene & data accuracy
  • Ensure high quality and consistency in JDs and offer letters
  • Ensure reporting data is reliable and easy to access
  • Ensure templates are updated and outdated versions are archived
  • Hiring process refinement
  • Uncover weaknesses in our hiring process and work with requisite stakeholders to resolve
  • Ensure HMs are “fit to hire” (aware of the process and interview techniques)
  • Team leadership
  • Coach TAs on proper process, communication and reporting
  • Provide a weekly dashboard to management highlighting wins, risks, and overdue roles
  • To do this, you will have
  • 1) Minimum 6 years TA experience overall
  • 2) Minimum 3 years in a TA management / leadership position
  • 3) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse teams
  • The role is based in Singapore.
