About the role

  • Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is a technology consultancy delivering application development and cloud services.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: from job briefings, sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding handover.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct effective screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Advise hiring managers on hiring best practices, market trends, and candidate availability.
  • Ensure positive hiring manager and candidate experiences through clear communication and timely updates.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
  • Recommend improvements to recruitment processes, tools, and metrics.
  • Ensure effective use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate data.
  • Support employer branding activities through job postings, career events, and social media presence.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to promote the company as an employer of choice.

Requirements

  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other search techniques.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
  • Administration skills.
  • Attributes include meticulous, organized, able to work under tight timeline, good time management, perseverance
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliance in the local market, such as Singapore MOM regulations, CPF Act, TAFEP guidelines
  • Exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent intelligence tools
  • Learning agility
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience hiring for IT roles or niche technology skill sets.
  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in-house or with agencies.
