About the role
- Own the growth roadmap: Define and prioritize the Plus growth roadmap aligned with company strategy.
- Own our subscription business: Define how we track & measure our business and develop reporting to support it
- Find ingress points: Identify and optimize key moments in the user journey to introduce Plus.
- Educate & convert: Craft in-product messaging and experiments that increase trial starts and conversions.
- Run trials & promos: Design and test trial structures, offers, and pricing strategies to maximize uptake.
- Drive adoption: Boost engagement with Plus features through smart onboarding and ongoing value delivery.
- Retain & win back: Reduce churn and reactivate lapsed subscribers through targeted interventions.
- Experiment relentlessly: Build a culture of testing across acquisition, retention, and monetization levers.
- Lead cross-functionally: Partner with Marketing, Design, Data, and Engineering to execute growth initiatives.
Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience in product management and 2+ years in a Growth related role
- You have a passion for technology & innovation and are excited by our mission to build the Family OS
- You are endlessly curious and know when to get more data and when to make a decision and move ahead
- You have a proven track record of building and shipping impactful features
- You are able to independently navigate and execute effectively amidst ambiguity
- You are able to balance the customer’s needs and the business’s goals
- You have strong data analytics skills and a data-driven approach to building product
- You are a strong communicator with an ability to simplify the what, why and how
