• Source and evaluate creators across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms with a strong instinct for what will convert
• Manage end-to-end allowlisting execution: outreach, negotiation, contracting, ad permissions, and launch

Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Customer Support

• - Drive Team Quality and Performance:**Maintain high standards across all customer communication channels (chat, email, social, etc.), ensuring KPIs — including schedule compliance — are consistently met. Provide regular coaching and feedback to support agent growth and performance. Partner with Team Leads to identify coaching needs, performance trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• - Oversee Quality Assurance:** Lead quality assurance efforts for Zendesk tickets, live chat, and social media responses. Use QA insights to drive training, refine workflows, and reinforce best practices across the team.
• - Lead Hiring, Onboarding, and Training:** Own the full lifecycle of hiring, onboarding, and training for new Concierge team agents. Delegate day-to-day training responsibilities as appropriate while maintaining ownership of the overall structure, content, and quality of the onboarding experience. Ensure agents ramp quickly, feel supported, and are set up for long-term success.
• - Manage Customer-Facing Programs:** Own and evolve customer-facing initiatives and programs that help the Concierge team better serve our users. Ensure content is clear, helpful, on-brand, and that participation and scheduling align with broader team goals.
• - Act as a Cross-Functional Partner:** Serve as a key partner across teams, staying aligned with evolving product, operations, and support initiatives. Represent the Concierge team in cross-functional conversations, advocating for both customer and agent needs.
• Support Peak Season Coverage and Engagement:** Lead planning and execution of team coverage during high-volume periods such as Q4 and Mother’s Day. Ensure the team stays engaged, well-supported, and aligned to meet increased customer demand with high-quality care.

Customer Support Team Supervisor – Calendar

• Provide bespoke, 1-1 customer service for Skylight Calendar and Frame customers

Customer Support Specialist, Part-Time

Supply Chain

• Partner with Retail Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align assumptions (e.g. product launches, promotional activity, channel shifts) and translate those into forecast inputs.
• Serve as the operations lead on retailer-specific planning calls.
• Develop and maintain the weekly bottom-up forecast model for the wholesale channel globally.
• Take market and operational indicators and translate them into SKU-level demand and revenue projections.
• Wholesale channels: Analyze weekly sales and inventory data across all retailers to highlight risks, opportunities, and make recommendations for adjustments. This includes tracking and ingesting store counts, in-stock / out-of-stock rates, sell-through rates.
• Develop and execute assortment and promotional strategies based on current run rate performance.
• Support the monthly & quarterly forecast cadence: prepare and present forecast vs. actual analyses, identify risks and upside opportunities, document assumptions and scenarios.
• Provide recommendations on possible solutions and allocations across the channels.
• Work hand in hand with Operations Planning and Supply Chain to ensure forecasts translate into inventory, procurement and replenishment plans.

Demand Planner

• **What You’ll Own**
• In this role you’ll help build, own, and improve the forecast engine that turns performance signals (traffic, impressions, conversion rates, in-stock levels, store counts, sell-through) and consumer signals (macroeconomic trends and our own customer behavior) into actionable demand and revenue plans. You’ll live at the intersection of commercial, finance, and supply chain — translating marketing and eCommerce metrics into channel-level forecasts and aligning those forecasts with inventory and operations readiness across DTC, Amazon and wholesale.
• **Responsibilities:**

Senior Demand Planner

Sales

• - Demonstrate an ability to build and/or establish strong relationships with major accounts (specifically Target and Best Buy) including product managers, buyers, planners, merchandise planning teams, etc.
• - Analyze sales and supply performance metrics and identify issues and root-causes, ultimately solving performance issues or problems.
• - Conduct weekly reviews of sales, returns, credits, quotes, promotions, sell through, inventory management, forecasts, and any other account activities that will impact financial results for the accounts.
• - Analysis of retailer sell-through trends, making recommendations for changes to the retailer forecasts, lifts for promotional periods and incremental sales opportunities for store expansion.
• - Marketing coordination in support of Retail accounts: set-up, tracking and management of retailer marketing funds, online advertising, and creative content coordination.
• - Manage all third party vendors for displays, including vendor sourcing, RFQ, coordinating creative, approval process internal/retailers, coordinating shipments to retailer and project management against retailer timelines.
• - New Item Setup: Internal SKU request and coordinating packaging assets for purchasing. External, completing set up documents and WERCS registration.
• - Travel to tradeshows and customer sites required. Depending on assignment, international travel may be required.
