About the role
- Collaborate with product, UX, growth, and data team members to identify improvements to the Insurance Hub experience.
- Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to uncover opportunities for increasing conversion.
- Support lifecycle marketing projects by developing and testing messaging strategies to engage Experian members.
- Create and validate hypotheses to identify high-conversion segments within the Experian member base.
- Help write product requirements and user stories for funnel and communication enhancements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to planning and execution.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor's program in CS, Business or related field.
- Return to school in Fall 2026 to complete degree
- Interest in technology, user experience, and solving real-world problems.
- Familiarity with product development processes or agile methodologies.
