Customer Support Representative

Business Development Rep

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, SMS and other channels.
• Roughly 100+ calls per day (we’ll provide your leads and the tools required to hit that activity level with relative ease)
• Generate a certain level of qualified prospects who book and attend a discovery/demo meeting with an AE
• Utilize sales tools including our CRM, sales engagement platforms, and prospecting databases
• Work closely with the AEs to understand how you can best support them and to learn from them to further your sales career

Business Development Representative

Customer Success Manager

• Skimmer Customer Success Managers build meaningful relationships with SMB Pool Service Pros to ensure satisfaction and maximize their platform use.
• Drive adoption of key modules (payments, work orders, quotes/jobs, etc.) by partnering with customers to build workflows that unlock measurable value from the platform.
• Act as a hands-on coach for your book, delivering tailored training and targeted re-engagement sessions that drive activation and ensure every Pro knows how to get the most out of Skimmer.
• Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities as Skimmer expands its product suite, teeing up qualified accounts for the Sales team.
• Monitor customer health metrics to identify risks and churn threats.
• Lead regular objective reviews with key accounts to assess progress toward goals, surface usage trends, and demonstrate ROI - ensuring every customer is on track to achieve their desired outcomes with Skimmer.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on product enhancements and improvements - CSMs are the feedback loop between customers and product.

Product Marketing

• Market analysis - You will develop a rich understanding of the Pool Service space, particularly the profile of pool professionals within micro to large businesses. Through ongoing primary research, including customer interviews, win/loss analysis, and survey programs, and continuous competitive monitoring across key players in the vertical, you will maintain a clear, current picture of market trends, dynamics, and the competitive landscape. You will synthesize these inputs into actionable insights and bring them to the rest of the business to inform both short and long-term strategy.
• Collaborate with Product – Alongside Product Management, you will shape the Skimmer roadmap to ensure our customers have a best-in-class experience and can manage their entire operation via the app. In doing so, you will help accelerate customer acquisition, adoption and expansion.
• GTM strategy – As both a market and product expert, you will be uniquely positioned to help the leadership team shape our GTM strategy, inclusive of pricing, packaging and commercialization.
• Positioning — Using all of the inputs at your disposal, you will architect the Skimmer positioning, working closely with brand and content marketing to create messaging that resonates with pool professionals and builds trust right from the start.
• Cross-functionality — Simply put, you will be the glue that binds product, sales and marketing together. Being the voice of the customer, you will ensure we get it right FOR THEM.

Product Marketing Manager

• Write and publish content across all marketing channels, including blog, social, email, community channels
• Produce Skimmer’s annual State of Pool Service industry report
• Execute against an existing content calendar and adapt as priorities shift

Content Marketing Manager – 12 Month Contract

Onboarding Specialist

• Coach and mentor a current team of Onboarding Managers, helping them deliver consistently excellent customer experiences. Support and develop team members through 1:1s, shadowing calls, and skill-building sessions.
• Set clear milestones and performance goals tied to customer activation metrics, to include Onboarding of new clients, and Everboarding of existing clients to include new users and feature adoption/activation at scale.
• Build a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and customer empathy.
• Manage onboarding and everboarding for Skimmer’s larger or more strategic mid-sized clients, providing tailored implementation and training.
• Design and refine scalable digital-led/tech touch onboarding and everboarding processes that drive rapid adoption through both digital-led automation and tech touch, and measurable success within the first 30 days.
• Maintain visibility into team capacity and customer onboarding and everboarding progress; proactively assist where needed.
• Partner closely with Sales, Support, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff from signature to onboarding to ongoing account management.
• Standardize workflows, playbooks, and onboarding/everboarding templates to ensure consistency across all customer segments.
• Track and analyze onboarding/everboarding metrics (time-to-value, activation success rate, customer satisfaction) and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop onboarding resources and self-service materials that extend reach and reduce time-to-launch.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Support, and Product to streamline the onboarding experience.
• Work across teams to deliver one-to-many onboarding/everboarding opportunities for Pros to learn to optimize their Skimmer usage.
