About the role
- Fully perform responsibilities of a Procurement Operations Associate while leading with expertise and delivering high-quality execution
- Support strategic projects, analytics, and associate development
- Manage workflows and resolve moderate to complex issues
- Drive improvements in execution, change control, and operational quality assurance
- Lead end-to-end deal processes including evaluation, negotiation, and supplier selection
- Collaborate with business partners to achieve optimal outcomes

Requirements
- 3+ years of procurement experience, with a strong understanding of operational and strategic procurement practices
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop associates
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to balance daily responsibilities with broader initiatives
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Technically inclined with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Word, Ariba, ServiceNow, and Fieldglass
- Effective communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Business insight and executive presence, with confidence in engaging a wide range of stakeholders
- Locations listed: Westlake, TX; Boston, MA; Albuquerque, NM
