Attract, develop, and retain a strong team of analysts that support Squads and Squad Leaders
Create documentation including current/future state diagrams, process flows, business requirements, test cases and issue tracking
Share constructive feedback for future process and product improvements
Act as a role model and promote Fidelity leadership behaviors to create an innovative and agile culture
Support and coach members of our team to enable them to deliver more value in their squads
Lead team members to clearly and completely define the scope of problems, in terms of business and/or system requirements and processes
Evaluate the design of existing and in-development systems to assess their functionality, dependability, and maintainability
Produce and/or maintain system feature design documentation and user training and materials
Implement product delivery process efficiencies and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
7+ years of overall experience spanning across Business/System Analysis, Project/Program Management, and People Leadership
Demonstrated expertise with leading, influencing, and motivating colleagues with and/or without formal authority
Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes
Expertise in analyzing end-to-end processes, utilizing tools and techniques for data presentation and analysis, including REST API technologies, SQL, JSON, and Postman/Insomnia
Analytical mindset capable of assessing the magnitude and impact of work at a granular level, down to individual user stories
Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to measure, collect, and leverage data effectively while balancing intuition
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity with flexibility and adaptability
Willingness to dive in and understand code for analysis and support purposes
Able to understand the technology and software architecture of an application
