About the role
- Lead and oversee the development, execution, and continual improvement of multi-channel campaigns across email, push, in-app and new channels
- Review and advise on technical solution designs to ensure campaigns are robust, compliant, and measurable
- Develop, implement, and validate experiment methodologies to drive channel strategy
- Monitor and adapt to changes in marketing platforms, policies, devices, and AI trends and communicate pivots to stakeholders
- Build, iterate, and advocate for best-in-class channel strategies leveraging analytics frameworks and AI tools
- Partner with MarTech, product, and analytics teams to troubleshoot technical challenges and develop scalable solutions
- Mentor and collaborate with team members to support a data-first, experiment-driven culture
- Stay current with digital marketing, data privacy, and MarTech trends and champion their adoption across the team
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in growth or lifecycle marketing (email, push, in-app etc) with hands-on campaign execution
- Demonstrated experience with technical campaign solutioning, A/B testing, and reporting
- Proficiency in modern MarTech automation and analytics platforms (e.g., Braze, SFMC, others)
- Strong competency (or willingness to develop) with AI-driven workflows and decisioning engines
- Exceptional project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills
- Experience interpreting and troubleshooting deliverability, compliance, and platform changes
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or technical certifications are a plus
- HTML, SQL, Liquid or similar and data analysis proficiency (Excel, dashboards) is a strong asset
