💰 $75,000 - $85,000 per year
About the role
- Track action items and ensure deadlines and commitments are met across internal stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain weekly sales performance reports and dashboards (e.g., pipeline updates, conversion metrics, lead activity)
- Support sales enablement activities, including coordinating outreach campaigns, updating CRM records, providing conference support, and preparing decks or collateral
- Schedule and facilitate key meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and driving post-meeting follow-through
- Identify and propose process improvements to boost efficiency and clarity across operations
- Act as a communication liaison between leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment
- Collaborate on ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an operational, administrative, or project coordination role – ideally within a sales, startup, or SaaS environment.
- High attention to detail, responsiveness, task prioritization, and strong organizational skills
- Proven expertise in CRM entry and management (Hubspot experience strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in productivity and reporting tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Coda/Notion, Excel/Sheets)
- Confidence executing quickly and smoothly in a hybrid or remote-work office environment
- A self-starter with excellent communication skills and a collaborative, get-it-done attitude
- Interest in EdTech is a plus
