About the role
- Involved in the entire product development process from ideation to launch
- Contribute to the development of the product design vision and make autonomous product decisions
- Convey complex ideas, simplify information, and actively share knowledge
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and Engineers
- Drive design excellence and process improvement across the organisation
- Design and deliver high-quality UI that reflects Skello's brand
- Support and document the design system and participate in strategy development
- Ensure and enhance product quality through monitoring, testing, and leading user research
Requirements
- 3+ years experience designing and building product(s)
- Shipped high-quality designs that enhance product experience
- Detail-oriented with expertise in UX, UI, and visual design
- Capable of delivering production-ready assets for development
- Meaningfully worked on, or with, a design system
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment; pragmatic and entrepreneurial
- English fluency required
- French mandatory
