Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI assets for web and mobile platforms
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering to ensure designs are technically feasible and delivered with quality
Apply usability best practices, responsive design principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG) across all product touchpoints
Translate marketplace-specific challenges into clear, user-centered design solutions (e.g. browsing, saving, comparing, and purchasing deals)
Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing to validate concepts and iterate based on insights
Leverage data from tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics to refine experiences
Maintain and contribute to our design system and ensure consistency across all assets
Participate in design critiques and team reviews to ensure alignment and design quality
Support digital design for both web-based and mobile products and applications using UI/UX best practices
End-to-end Agile Software Development Lifecycle experience
Requirements
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a SaaS, ecommerce, or marketplace environment
A strong portfolio showcasing interaction design, UI polish, and a user-centered design process
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Experience with mobile-first and responsive web design
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and technical collaboration best practices
Strong visual design skills with attention to layout, typography, and brand alignment
Comfortable working in agile development environments (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
Understanding of user research basics, including interviews, testing, and heuristic evaluation

Experience designing for an online marketplace, ecommerce site, or employee benefits platform
Familiarity with conversion optimization or behavioral psychology principles
Exposure to analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA4
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills
