• Lead design thinking workshops with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders at enterprise accounts
• Present UX recommendations and prototypes to senior client decision-makers
• Collaborate with clients to optimize Adobe platform implementations for user experience outcomes
• Design experiences that maximize Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Assets, and Forms capabilities
• Architect user experiences leveraging Adobe Journey Optimizer's omnichannel orchestration
• Create personalization strategies utilizing Adobe Target and Real-Time CDP
• Ensure designs align with Adobe's component libraries and design system standards
• Partner with Enterprise Architects to ensure UX feasibility within Adobe platform constraints
• Guide Creative Directors on visual design execution aligned to UX strategy
• Collaborate with Agentic AI Lead on conversational and intelligent experience design
• Work with Product Marketing Lead to translate UX value into client-facing messaging
