Business Development Representative

• Lead day-to-day RevOps execution, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Onboarding to align systems, data, and processes
• Own our HubSpot environment: system configuration, workflow logic, lifecycle design, reporting infrastructure, and overall governance

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners aligned to Skedda’s ICP — helping them understand how to position and sell Skedda effectively.
• Train partner teams on Skedda’s platform, positioning, and use cases. Co-sell into strategic opportunities and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with partners to create joint pipeline strategies. Monitor and forecast partner-influenced opportunities to ensure revenue targets are met.
• Act as the voice of the channel to Skedda’s product and marketing teams. Share insights on competitive activity, deal blockers, and whitespace opportunities.
• Build relationships with CRE brokers, workplace consultants, and design firms who influence purchasing decisions for hybrid workplace solutions.
• Represent Skedda at industry events, webinars, and partner meetings to increase visibility in the channel and CRE ecosystem.

This role involves owning the technical aspects of projects, implementing full test automation, and solving complex, interesting challenges. You will research, test, and implement new technologies while collaborating closely with the team on design, coding standards, and best practices.
• Responsibilities: Lead by example with hands-on development of new features across the full stack; Mentor and coach engineers; Collaborate with Product and Engineering team members to develop and deliver high-quality features; Manage two-week Agile sprints and facilitate standup meetings; Champion automated testing and maintain a high standard of code quality; Operate with an ownership mindset, taking technical projects from concept to launch while proactively identifying and solving problems.; Solve complex, but fun, technical challenges; Research, propose, test, and implement new techniques and technologies
• Skills & Experience: 9+ years of full stack development with C# and .NET/Core (ideally SaaS products); 5+ years of leading projects and global teams; Strong experience with front end JavaScript frameworks; Strong experience developing Web APIs; Strong SQL skills (SQL Server preferred); Strong TDD and test automation skills (both unit and integration testing); Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud; Azure DevOps experience is a plus
