• Own all employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, organizational changes, and terminations.
• Lead end-to-end People Operations for a global workforce consisting of U.S. employees, international contractors, and Employer of Record (EOR) employees across multiple countries.
• Partner with talent acquisition on compensation benchmarking for open roles, top of funnel resume review, offer deck creation, and data analysis to continuously improve our hiring process

• Lead and develop the Business Operations team, including team planning, prioritization, coaching, performance management, and execution.
• Set the operating rhythm for BizOps, ensuring the team is focused on the highest-impact work across systems, analytics, revenue operations, internal tooling, and cross-functional initiatives.
