About the role
- Support execution of go-to-market strategies, including pipeline development and partnership engagement
- Build, maintain, and track the business development (BD) pipeline in alignment with company growth targets
- Regularly monitor and qualify future growth opportunities from portals such as GOVWIN, SAM.gov, and DACIS, sharing recommendations with leadership
- Manage, optimize, edit, and maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and data integrity
- Support growth sector leads with market research, analysis and opportunity identification in target agencies and capability domains (e.g., DoD, DHS)
- Lead operations projects within the Growth team to include RFI support, data call execution, ad-hoc growth operations projects, process improvement, and organizing knowledge repositories
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in business development, operations, or data analytics within the federal government, commercial, or GovCon sector
- Ability to collaborate with contracts, finance, and technical teams to ensure alignment between pipeline data, business operations, and execution readiness
- Experience using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to analyze and visualize pipeline or market data
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and pipeline reporting tools
- Experience monitoring and qualifying opportunities using portals such as GOVWIN, SAM.gov, and DACIS
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration platforms such as Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs), Confluence, ASANA, and related business operations tools
- Proven ability to coordinate across teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and lead team meetings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
