About the role
- Provide technical guidance to customers and colleagues within the organisation
- Resolve complex product-related issues escalated from 1st line support
- Continuously enhance product support resources, including knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with the tech team to provide insights from customer cases and contribute to product improvements
- Stay up-to-date with product updates and new features to address customer concerns accurately
Requirements
- Strong technical ability to quickly learn and understand complex software or hardware products
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
