About the role

  • Lead the production, scheduling, and promotion of YouTube, podcast, and social media content.
  • Create original investing-focused video and audio content and repurpose across platforms.
  • Develop scripts, storyboards, and compelling copy in partnership with CEO and Product Managers.
  • Assist with filming, production logistics, and manage recording sessions.
  • Coordinate guest outreach, scheduling, briefing for YouTube and podcast content.
  • Film and edit raw footage into polished videos and edit podcast audio for professional quality.
  • Leverage AI tools for voiceovers, animations, and short clips.
  • Own the content calendar across YouTube, podcast, and social channels.
  • Plan content around market events and investor community interests.
  • Write titles, descriptions, thumbnails copy, and social captions optimised for engagement and SEO.
  • Develop and execute strategies to engage investor community and encourage content sharing.
  • Build conversations and run community-driven campaigns (polls, AMAs, user-generated content).
  • Repurpose long-form content into short, platform-native formats and track analytics to refine strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of investing concepts and stock market dynamics.
  • Proven experience in video and audio production, including editing and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Experience with YouTube growth strategies and SEO.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their content best practices.
  • Understanding of podcast distribution and promotion.
  • Content production: video editing, podcast editing, AI content tools.
  • Copywriting: ability to craft engaging scripts, headlines, captions, and marketing copy.
  • Community building and social engagement.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage and execute a content calendar.
  • An analytical mindset to interpret content performance data.
  • Tech-savvy and curious about new tools.
