• Develop and execute holistic, multi-channel growth strategies - spanning paid digital, SEO, affiliates, and direct marketing - to hit ambitious commercial targets.
• Regularly dive into internal and external analytics platforms to review reporting. Track and analyse key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS).
• Design and lead high-velocity A/B testing across landing pages, channels, ad copy, and user journeys.
• Lead the management and growth of the affiliate channel.
• Oversee marketing spend across all acquisition channels, ensuring efficient allocation and high ROI.
• Ensure all creative and content is on-brand.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to align marketing efforts with product updates.
• Work with Head of Marketing to drive marketing team planning.
• Communicate growth performance to the wider business.
