Fullstack Engineer

IT Support

• Support with the setup of Simpleprax: You guide medical practices and hospitals through the installation and configuration of Simpleprax and, where applicable, interfaces to existing IT infrastructure
• You advise and support customers in the successful use of Simpleprax via phone and email
• You provide technical assistance to Simpleprax users
• You work closely with the product team to continuously improve the product
• Close collaboration with the entire team to achieve the goal of becoming the leading platform for digital patient data collection in the DACH region

Business Development Rep

• You will actively help shape the company’s sales structures.
• Take on varied responsibilities ranging from lead generation and product presentations to developing the best possible solution for the customer.
• Primarily manage inbound leads and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
• Occasional cold outreach may be required.
• Conduct complete end-to-end pitches — from needs assessment and product demonstration through to contract closing.
• Attend medical congresses and trade shows.
• Identify and open up new lead channels and continuously optimize existing channels.

• You will primarily handle inbound leads and MQLs, although occasional cold outreach may be required.
