Business Development Rep

• Als zweiter full-time Sales Hire kannst du die Vertriebsstrukturen aktiv mitgestalten.
• Übernahme abwechslungsreicher Aufgaben von Lead Generation bis zur Entwicklung der bestmöglichen Lösung für den Kunden.
• Betreuung von Inbound und MQLs, gelegentliche Kaltakquise möglich.
• Durchführung vollständiger End-to-End-Pitches – von der Bedarfsermittlung über die Produktdemonstration bis hin zur Verhandlungsführung und Vertragsabschluss.
• Teilnahme an Ärztekongressen und Messen.
• Identifikation und Erschließung neuer Lead-Kanäle sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Kanäle.

• You will take on a variety of tasks within our team, ranging from lead generation and product presentations to developing the best possible solution for the customer.
• You will primarily handle inbound leads and MQLs, although occasional cold outreach may be required.
• Product presentation: Conduct full end-to-end pitches — from needs assessment and product demonstration to negotiation and contract closing.
• Participation in medical conferences and trade shows.
• Lead generation: Identifying and developing new lead channels and continuously optimizing existing channels.
