IT Support – Healthcare Startup
SimplepraxIT Support for healthcare startup assisting medical practices with Simpleprax installation and setup. Collaborating closely with clients and product team to enhance system utilization and support processes.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support with the setup of Simpleprax: You guide medical practices and hospitals through the installation and configuration of Simpleprax and, where applicable, interfaces to existing IT infrastructure
- You advise and support customers in the successful use of Simpleprax via phone and email
- You provide technical assistance to Simpleprax users
- You work closely with the product team to continuously improve the product
- Close collaboration with the entire team to achieve the goal of becoming the leading platform for digital patient data collection in the DACH region
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have completed IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or hold a bachelor's degree
- You are responsible and can work well in an agile team
- You have strong communication skills and speak German fluently (C2)
