About the role
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product marketers embedded with product managers and engineering throughout the product lifecycle
- Define and drive go-to-market strategies including positioning, messaging, pricing, segmentation, and monetization models
- Partner with product and commercial leaders to shape product strategy, ensuring market viability and customer impact
- Build robust business cases and financial models to support product investment decisions and growth strategies
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to multiple audiences
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to enable successful product adoption and growth
- Serve as the voice of the market and customer, ensuring products meet real-world needs and deliver measurable business value
- Oversee strategy and execution from early product conception through launch and growth
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven success building and executing go-to-market strategies for complex products
- Strong business and financial acumen—experience with modeling, P&L impact, and business case development required
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for simplifying complexity and telling compelling product stories
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries preferred but not required
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, and/or payments is a plus
- Deep product marketing expertise and proven ability to influence product strategy and commercialization
