About the role
- Develop and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers across key technology platforms, financial institutions, and ecosystem partners.
- Represent SimpleClosure as a trusted, high-value partner that helps others better serve founders.
- Lead commercial negotiations to create win-win partnerships that incentivize adoption and drive mutual success.
- Ensure SimpleClosure is seamlessly embedded into partner workflows and customer experiences.
- Work hand-in-hand with Product, GTM, and Operations to scope, prioritize, and execute integrations that create measurable impact.
- Use customer and partner data signals to continuously optimize how partnerships deliver value.
- Adhere to a clear, data-informed strategy for identifying and prioritizing strategic product partnerships that drive recurring revenue and scalable growth.
- Evaluate potential integrations and partnership models, ensuring strong alignment with product and business goals.
- Define and track key partnership KPIs, including revenue contribution, adoption metrics, and customer experience improvements.
- Continuously refine the partnership model to scale with SimpleClosure’s growth trajectory.
Requirements
- Experienced: 6+ years business development, strategic partnerships or ecosystem development, ideally within B2B SaaS, fintech, or integrated product environments.
- Technically Fluent: You can work with product and technical teams to identify integration opportunities and understand API-based collaboration.
- Relationship-Oriented: You’re skilled at building trust with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizations.
- Deal-Minded: Strong commercial negotiation skills with a track record of structuring win-win partnerships.
- Entrepreneurial: You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and can balance strategy with hands-on execution.
