Full-stack Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across Asset Hub — the buyer portal for browsing and licensing codebases and workspaces, domains, and the internal tools behind them.
• Implement clean, maintainable frontend experiences using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Write high quality, well-tested code and use AI tooling to move faster.
• Build and integrate backend services, APIs, and data models to support asset selling and buying and to connect third-party and partner systems.
• Replace manual internal processes — asset intake, cataloging, pricing, deal tracking — with tooling that lets the team scale without adding headcount.
• Own features end to end, from technical design through deployment and iteration; debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production.

Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer – Asset Hub

AI Engineer

• Take Asset Hub’s unique real-world assets — production codebases, workspaces, and databases — and identify how each can become a high-value AI-training product: RL environments, agentic task suites, evals and verifiers, benchmarks, and fine-tuning or trajectory datasets.
• Design and build the pipeline that turns a raw asset into a derivative work: repository ingestion, test harnessing, commit-mining for task extraction, Docker/sandbox reproducibility, verifier and reward scripts, and QA tooling.
• Wrap real data in interactive environments — sandboxed application state, MCP servers, and browser/Playwright layers — that buyers can train and evaluate agents against.
• Spot the commercial opportunity in the inventory: which assets map to current lab and RLE demand, and what derivative product maximizes their value.
• Prototype quickly, then harden the best ideas into repeatable, scalable pipelines so derivative-work creation isn’t one-off.
• Partner with the Asset Hub buyer/BD side and directly with technical stakeholders at labs and RLE buyers to shape what we build to their training needs.
• Work with sensitive material — codebases, workspace exports, and proprietary datasets — with strong attention to security, privacy, licensing, and PII handling.
• Write clean, well-tested code and use AI tooling to move faster; collaborate closely with product, engineering, and the GM of Asset Hub.

AI/ML Engineer, RL Environments – Asset Hub

• Own and grow buyer-side relationships across frontier labs, RL environment builders, data and evaluation vendors, labeling firms, and enterprise AI teams — from first conversation through signed, recurring licensing deals.
• Originate new demand: identify which organizations need which assets — pre-training corpora, post-training and RL data, codebases, workspace data, specialized datasets — and open the door.
• Structure and negotiate commercial terms — licensing structures, exclusivity, rights, and pricing, including MSAs and order forms — in close partnership with legal.
• Be the voice of the buyer internally: translate what labs actually need into how we source, qualify, and package supply, working with product, supply, and engineering.
• Stay ahead of a fast-moving market — training methods, evolving data needs, and the competitive landscape of labeling, RLE, and data vendors — and shape our commercial strategy accordingly.
• Represent AssetHub credibly with senior technical and commercial stakeholders at labs and partners.
• Build the repeatable playbook and infrastructure — pipeline, process, and materials — that lets buyer-side partnerships scale.

Strategic AI Partnerships, BD Lead

Account Manager

• Build the tools and products that power asset selling and buying across Asset Hub’s full surface area — the buyer portal (codebases, workspaces), domains, physical assets, TalentPipe, and future asset types.
• Identify manual, internal processes (asset intake, cataloging, pricing, deal tracking) and replace them with tooling that lets the team scale without adding headcount.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage external partners that let SimpleClosure offer more types of asset value recovery and liquidation.
• Turn each partnership into a working product and process, not just a signed agreement — own the integration end-to-end.
• Partner closely with engineering, legal/compliance, RevOps, and GTM to ship and operationalize this work.

Product Manager, Product Partnerships – Asset Hub

General Counsel

• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to teams across the organization, including sales, operations, customer success, marketing, engineering and partnerships
• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including licensing, vendor, and partner contracts
• Advise the sales team on legal and regulatory questions arising in the customer acquisition process, including joining prospect and customer calls
• Support customer-facing legal communications and escalations across the dissolution lifecycle
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support expansion into new U.S. jurisdictions
