• Define and evolve what "healthy service" looks like across the clients portfolio, partnering with the account team on contracted requirements, accuracy SLAs, and prioritization without needing that framework handed to you.
• Track and report account and fleet level performance across deliverables, accuracy, and timeliness end-to-end: detect subtle regressions and report them consistently, deciding what's worth escalating versus monitoring.
• Lead detailed QA and root cause analysis to identify service gaps and systemic patterns.

Senior Service Analyst

Communications

• Partner with the SVP of Market to define key storylines and messaging architecture that support Simbe’s business goals, GTM strategy, and corporate narrative.
• Serve as editor-in-chief across corporate and executive communications, ensuring every launch, campaign, announcement, research report, and asset reinforces a consistent company narrative.
• Identify and develop new narrative opportunities based on market trends, customer success, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies, including proactive workforce narratives that elevate retail work.
• With crossfunctional partners, translate Simbe’s competitive positioning and category strategy into compelling external narratives across communications programs.
• Develop executive communications strategies, messaging, and platforms for company executives, Strategic Advisory Board members, Board members, partners, and customer executives.
• Own the company thought leadership content calendar, partnering closely with Product Marketing to distill the editorial calendar into owned and earned thought leadership opportunities.
• Partner with the SVP of Market, PR agency, and key executives to maximize executive visibility through speaking engagements, media interviews, podcasts, contributed content, social media, and cross-channel amplification.
• Own annual and quarterly communications planning while managing Simbe’s PR agency to ensure programs align with business priorities and GTM objectives.
• Lead integrated communications program for company milestones, partnering across the business to maximize impact via earned, owned, executive, customer, investor, advisor, and partner communications.
• Guide communications priorities with the PR agency to increase Simbe’s visibility across media, analysts, awards, conferences, and executive platforms.
• Expand Simbe’s analyst relations program and strengthen relationships with leading industry analysts.
• Support executive media preparation, messaging, and crisis communications as needed.
• Own the integrated editorial calendar across earned, owned, executive, and customer communications.
• Lead Simbe’s social strategy and customer storytelling program, partnering across Customer Success, Strategy & Scaling, Sales, Product Marketing, Design, and client communications teams.

Head of Communications

Community Manager

• Own end-to-end delivery and growth of the Tally Robot Certification program, scaling from the current pilot to broader rollouts across Simbe's client base and building the program into a multi-level certification program.
• Refine the program based on learner feedback, completion data, and downstream adoption signals, ensuring Tally Robot Certification stays best-in-class as the customer base grows.
• Define and track program KPIs including certification completion rates and post-certification adoption signals.
• Partner with Product Marketing on launch announcements, brand identity, and ongoing GTM packaging that positions Tally Robot Certification as a premium and differentiated client benefit.
• Refine and operate marketing-led onboarding communication programs that complement the existing Client Success delivery, ensuring every new account experiences a high-quality, branded ramp into Tally adoption.
• Build evergreen content, communications, and resources used across the full client journey, from onboarding and pilot through expansion and continued adoption.
• Surface adoption insights back to Product Marketing, Growth, and Sales to inform messaging, expand-motion programs, and product development priorities.
• Lead new programs such as the Store Leader Summit, Store Leader of the Year Awards, Store Leadership Council, and regional store team meetups owning programming, on-the-ground execution, and follow-through.
• Build and grow the Simbe Community as a scalable engagement layer with primary focus on elevating retail associates and store managers, including digital community presence and recurring touchpoints.
• Partner with Growth Marketing on event logistics, vendor management, and post-event reporting.
• Source and develop a pipeline of store-level advocates for case studies and speaking opportunities.
• Operationalize voice-of-customer capture across community programs and feed insights to Product, Product Marketing, Strategy, and Sales.
• Partner with Product Marketing on customer proof points that anchor positioning, sales enablement, and thought leadership.
• Partner with Product Marketing to define clear performance metrics for each program tied to adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy.
• Implement a test-and-learn approach across formats, content, and channels to optimize for engagement and outcomes.
• Report cadence and insights to marketing and commercial leadership on a recurring basis.
• Act as the marketing point-of-contact for Customer Experience and Client Success on store adoption, certification, and community programs.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on customer narrative, Growth Marketing on event execution, Sales on advocacy needs, and Demand Generation on account-tied programming.

• Partner with the account team to understand contracted requirements, accuracy SLAs, and prioritization across the clients portfolio
• Own tracking and reporting of account and fleet level performance across deliverables, accuracy, and timeliness: with the rigor to detect subtle regressions and the discipline to report them consistently
• Perform detailed QA and root cause analysis to identify service gaps and systemic patterns by going beyond surface metrics to understand what's actually happening and why
• Document findings with precision; maintain a clear audit trail of issues, resolutions, and follow-ups
• Flag issues and prioritize fixes with the engineering team; hold the thread through to resolution and verify that quality actually improved
• Own and continuously improve the service observability handbook and standard operating procedures
• Bring structure to recurring workflows so that nothing falls through the cracks across teams
• Work with the data-labeling team to forecast resource requirements given contracted accuracy SLAs
