As our Sales Executive, you’ll play a critical role in fueling our growth by closing new business and building strategic partnerships within the credit union industry. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and serve as a trusted advisor to financial institutions looking to enhance their retirement offerings.
Lead the full sales cycle from outreach to close, converting new credit union partners into long-term Silvur clients.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline by proactively sourcing new leads and nurturing inbound interest.
Travel up to 50% to attend conferences, trade shows, and client meetings—representing Silvur with professionalism and purpose.
Conduct thoughtful discovery conversations to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Deliver compelling product demos and proposals, working closely with leadership and marketing to align messaging with partner goals.
Maintain detailed records in our CRM, including activity logs, forecasts, and account updates.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and long-term partner success.
Share insights from the field to help refine our go-to-market strategy and improve offerings.
Requirements
5–7+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within financial services or fintech.
Deep understanding of the credit union industry—its challenges, language, and market dynamics.
Proven ability to close new business and hit sales targets independently.
Strong consultative selling skills and a genuine interest in helping clients succeed.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment where agility and initiative are key.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to tailor your message to different audiences.
Experience using CRM tools to track pipeline and forecast accurately.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
Prior startup or early-stage company experience strongly preferred.
