Engineer

• Provide systems/network engineering support to customer's mission partners
• Support customer's organization that provides video engineering services on a global scale
• Support an enterprise that supports a carrier class WAN, complex and diverse campus
• Understand and manage LAN/WAN operations, protocols, architectures, and topologies
• Implement and adhere to information security policies, risk management, and vulnerability assessments
• Support video technologies including video conferencing, streaming, and CDN
• Configure and troubleshoot networking devices (multiplexors, firewalls, Polycom/Cisco VTCs)
• Participate in accreditation process: security assessments and compliance for video and communications systems
• Create and maintain technical documentation and network diagrams using Visio
• Test and evaluate A/V equipment and design A/V solutions for conferencing and streaming
• Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities
