About the role
- The Product Analyst partners closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to support the development and enhancement of Signet’s Ecommerce websites (Kay, Jared, Zales, Banter, Peoples, H Samuel, Ernest Jones).
- Analyze customer and site data (e.g., Medallia, CSAT/NPS, Adobe Analytics) to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities for brand-specific enhancements
- Conduct research on user stories and requests to define requirements, dependencies, and expected benefits
- Measure, track, and report results from completed initiatives against KPIs such as engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction
- Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with the Design team to ensure brand-specific identity and intent are reflected in solutions
- Provide technical input on CMS capabilities, front-end theming (CSS, tokens, styles), and integration considerations
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives; help prioritize sprint work with the Product Manager
- Validate delivered functionality through manual/functional testing and coordinate with QA to ensure requirements are met
- Partner with engineers to clarify requirements and explore technical tradeoffs
- Assist in the development and execution of product demonstrations with stakeholders to ensure successful launch
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; technical or analytical field preferred
- Certifications a plus
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst or Product /Project Management role
- Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to translate insights into actionable product requirements
- Experience in Agile delivery, design thinking practice and sprint planning
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, design tokens) and content management systems
- Experience in using industry standard Agile tools – Jira, Confluence, et al.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to bridge business and technical teams
