About the role
- Collaborate with Digital Product Leadership and Brand Partners to prioritize initiatives that elevate brand identity and customer experience
- Support backlog prioritization, business requirements, and decision-making for sprint and release work
- Research user stories and enhancement requests to clearly understand intent, customer benefits, and brand impact
- Define product requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and assist in reviewing completed work each sprint
- Partner with Design to review creative solutions and with Technology to review sprint demos
- Leverage data and feedback to measure the impact of brand differentiation initiatives and customer experience improvements
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous learning, aligned with Signet’s leadership traits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field; internships, rotational program, or ecommerce/retail experience welcome
- Interest in brand identity, customer experience, and digital commerce
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Customer-focused, data-curious, and eager to learn new technical concepts
- Team player who balances detail orientation with a bigger-picture mindset
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), HTML, and CSS is a plus
