About the role
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth post-sales onboarding and technical implementation
- Lead customer conversations around solution design, integrations, APIs, and performance optimization
- Frame Webflow’s value within a customer’s existing tools and workflows, bridging the gap between technical and business requirements
- Provide detailed implementation plans that unblock customers and enable scalable growth
- Build cutting edge, repeatable artifacts (templates, integrations, site examples) to help tell Webflow's story and simplify adoption
- Surface technical feedback from customers to inform Webflow’s product roadmap
- Act as a consultative advisor, helping customers adopt Webflow in a way that’s secure, scalable, and future-proof
- Report to the Director, Solutions Architects and support personal development within the role
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant roles in SaaS or web platforms
- Strong web development expertise (HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals)
- Familiarity with APIs and integrations
- Comfortable leading technical and business conversations and tailoring approach to the audience
- Experience guiding enterprise customers through implementation and onboarding in post-sales contexts
- Problem-solver who can discern when to apply existing approaches vs. when to innovate
- Curious and actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI
- Valid right to work authorization depending on country of employment
