Partner with Suzy’s product and marketing teams to create new site functionality in Webflow
Build and maintain responsive, high-performance landing pages aligned with brand guidelines
Implement custom code, scripts, and Webflow CMS features to extend beyond native capabilities
Set up automation workflows (e.g., Workato, Zapier, Make, or native integrations) to streamline lead capture, form submissions, and data sync to other systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, analytics)
Optimize site performance, accessibility, and SEO
Provide technical input on design feasibility, scalability, and best practices
Troubleshoot and fix bugs quickly, ensuring minimal downtime
Be available the weekend of Saturday, October 4th and Sunday, October 5th to launch the new homepage and supporting site pages on Monday, October 6th
Requirements
Consultant with their own legal entity
Proven experience building complex sites in Webflow, including custom code and CMS integrations
Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with automation platforms (Workato, Zapier, Make, or similar)
Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations (CRM, analytics, etc.)
Eye for detail in design and UX; comfortable saying “no” to avoid over-engineering
Strong communicator who collaborates well with technical and non-technical teams
A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments
Availability the weekend of Saturday, October 4th and Sunday, October 5th to launch the new homepage
Experience working with SaaS or tech startups (nice to have)
Familiarity with analytics (Google Analytics, Segment, Mixpanel) and marketing tools (nice to have)
Background in automation for sales/marketing ops or product-led growth sites (nice to have)
Work authorization: must be US citizen or lawfully authorized to work in the US; will be asked about visa sponsorship
