• Deck Creation: Help create pitch decks and sales enablement materials. You will transform raw ideas into polished, client-ready presentations.
• Asset Library Management: Organize and maintain a centralized library of reusable pitch templates, case study slides, and proposal blocks.
• Standardization: Ensure the team stops "reinventing the wheel" for every proposal by keeping master assets up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Insight Translation: Collaborate with the Strategic Solutions Team to extract complex insights and repurpose them into digestible marketing materials (e.g., newsletters, blog posts, social bites).
• Knowledge Transfer: Act as the "signal in the noise," ensuring that internal strategic wins are communicated outward to the market.
• Generate Account-Based Intelligence (ABI): Conduct deep-dive research on high-value leads to fuel personalized sales outreach.
• "Prospect Cheat Sheets": Before kickoff calls, prepare one-page summaries for sales reps identifying key stakeholders, recent company news, and potential pain points.
• Gather specific industry or company data to support custom pitch narratives.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor the volume of incoming pitch requests and track their ultimate outcomes (win/loss/stalled).
• Operational Support: Work closely with the strategic solution and marketing team on operational workflows to ensure data integrity.
• Assist in the production of regular commercial and pipeline reports to help the team double down on successful strategies.
