Implementation Specialist

• Partner with Sales to understand prospects’ goals, challenges, and technical landscape and deliver client-specific product demonstrations.
• Translate requirements into tailored configurations across Signal AI’s WebApp, API, and advanced analytics products.
• Contribute to RFP and RFI responses and provide technical expertise during the sales cycle.
• Take ownership of technical design and configuration of new client solutions during onboarding, including multi-workspace and multi-product deployments.
• Develop creative and scalable solutions to unique client use cases and configure/optimise the platform to align with client objectives.
• Deliver engaging training to ensure clients can confidently use the solution and build trusted relationships.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, AI Training and Data Ingestion teams to troubleshoot issues and advocate for client needs.
