About the role

  • Serve as the owner for technical education and enablement for Sigma’s SI partner ecosystem.
  • Design, evolve, and deliver structured training programs that build deep technical competency across partner engineering teams.
  • Own the execution and iteration for specialist training tracks. Act as the primary instructor and facilitator for advanced partner trainings, including in-person bootcamps, workshops, and certification-aligned sessions.
  • Ensure training programs scale consistently across regions while maintaining a high technical bar.
  • Establish technical competency standards for SI partners through education and certification readiness.
  • Evaluate partner technical maturity and provide guidance on learning paths and readiness progression.
  • Plan and execute a high volume of global training sessions across EMEA, APJ, North America, and LATAM.
  • Coordinate training logistics, agendas, and regional adaptations to ensure consistent delivery worldwide.
  • Track training effectiveness, participation, and outcomes to inform ongoing improvements.
  • Represent Sigma as a technical educator at partner summits, enablement events, and internal forums.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, training guides, and enablement frameworks.
  • Help shape and evolve Sigma’s partner certification and advanced education.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in solution engineering, partner enablement, or consulting delivery
  • Familiarity with cloud data ecosystems: Snowflake, Sigma, dbt, Databricks, etc.
  • Strong SQL skills, with hands-on exposure to BI, data warehousing, or embedded analytics
  • Comfort in customer- and partner-facing technical roles
  • Preferred Certifications: SnowPro Core or Advanced Architect, Databricks Certified Associate Developer or Data Engineer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a high-growth, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel globally 75%+
