• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers in CX, digital transformation, and operations.

• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with a consultative and value-driven approach.
• Work closely with marketing, sales development, and solutions engineering to refine our go-to-market strategy.
• Drive adoption of Siena’s AI solutions by aligning our capabilities with customer pain points and business outcomes.
• Consistently exceed quota and revenue targets, contributing to Siena’s high-growth trajectory.
• Leverage AI tools to scale prospecting, research, and deal preparation.
• Build and maintain custom AI workflows for account intelligence, objection handling, and competitive analysis.

Artificial Intelligence

• Own deployments from zero to live - kick-off, automation setup, stakeholder alignment, and hitting the metrics that matter
• Co-lead strategic accounts with senior team members, taking on responsibility progressively as you ramp
• Apply your CX ops knowledge to diagnose why accounts are stuck: helpdesk configuration, ticket routing gaps, automation logic, escalation failures - and drive the fix
• Keep every account you touch moving: daily updates, proactive escalations, clear documentation of progress and blockers
• Manage customer expectations with confidence: hold timelines, push back when scope creeps, and keep relationships intact when things get hard
• Shadow and support senior team members for the first 30 days, then take the lead on accounts
• Feed operational patterns back to the product team: you see problems across accounts before anyone else does

• Own end-to-end product launches - external market releases and internal team education - with full positioning, enablement, and amplification.
• Manage complete customer success story lifecycle from identification through interviews, content creation, legal approvals, and distribution.
• Build and run Siena Academy, creating curriculum that drives customer adoption and product value.
• Create competitive intelligence system including battlecards, takedown decks, and positioning frameworks that help sales win.
• Develop ROI calculators and business case materials that articulate value differentiation.
• Build visual asset library with case studies, one-pagers, before/after comparisons, and templates sales can use immediately.
• Establish tight feedback loops with sales, CS, and product to understand which assets drive pipeline and close deals.
• Track marketing asset usage, pipeline impact, win rates, and revenue attribution to optimize what's working.
