About the role

  • Drive sales strategy and performance across six global zones (NAM, LAM, NWE, SWE, CEE, MEA)
  • Accountable for SLS downstream strategy and supporting sales performance for AM/EMEA Zones
  • Support go-to-market plans and align sales initiatives with business needs
  • Enable sales teams and facilitate market insights to senior leadership
  • Collaborate closely with Zone Business Leader (ZBL), Zone Finance Lead (ZFL), and marketing

Requirements

  • 15+ years’ experience in commercial management / GM roles
  • Strong Marketing & Sales experience in In Vitro Industry
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline, Masters preferred
  • Experience in sales and marketing with integration capability across functions
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • P&L experience of healthcare related revenue
  • Experience in leading diverse teams in Zone (< 30 people)
  • International working experience preferred
  • Experience in C-level customer interactions and government authorities
  • Proven ability to present and effectively communicate to customers and executive members
