About the role
- Operate as the zone liaison for the Digital & Automation business lines
- Drive profitable growth & market share
- Enhance customer satisfaction by developing new go-to-market strategies and business models
- Ensure the implementation of an effective portfolio sales strategy
- Lead and develop the team of Product Specialist Executives and Enterprise Imaging Sales Executives
- Provide oversight with ownership of deals & the sales process
- Assess technical/sales/professional developmental needs of team members
- Drive clinical conversion excellence
- Develop and implement sales strategies and guidelines
- Set sales targets for the zone
- Manage completion of budgets and regular sales reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years’ experience in a clinical or sales environment
- preferred experience selling software solutions into clinical/hospital environments
- Successful sales and operations experience in Healthcare Imaging or Software organization
- Solid understanding of strategic business goals
