• You will own the discovery loop with a portfolio of bank and NBFC partners.
• Meet senior product, credit, and operations leaders at partner banks and NBFCs, in person and on calls, to understand their lending workflows, internal constraints, and the gaps in their current integration.
• Translate those conversations into clear, prioritized opportunities, the kind that move both the partner's approval rates and customer experience in the same direction.
• Co-create solutions with the partner FI, from policy adjustments and API contract changes to entirely new product flows, and shepherd them from idea to live.
