About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the product roadmap for your stream, working with the Senior PM to break quarterly goals into weekly deliverables.
  • Run discovery with business stakeholders: understand store operations, customer journeys, sales patterns, and operational pain points firsthand.
  • Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineers can build from without ambiguity.
  • Prioritize ruthlessly.
  • Work with the data analyst to define metrics, track feature impact, and build a habit of data-informed decisions.
  • Coordinate across streams: app, ecommerce (Magento), CRM, analytics, and content.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 + years of total experience in technology.
  • Minimum 2 years in a product management role, ideally on consumer-facing or commerce products.
  • Experience working with cross-functional squads (engineering, design, QA) in an agile delivery setup.
  • Strong written communication.
  • Comfort with ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Clevertap, or similar).
  • Based in Indore or willing to relocate.
