About the role

  • Own the marketplace targets for launch deals to ensure high-quality fulfillment for customers
  • Execute scaled tactics such as onboarding campaigns, marketplace analytics, and bonuses/incentives to deliver 100% fill rate on newly launched deals
  • Use tools like Google Sheets, SQL, and additional resources to gather and analyze data to develop insights and inform decisions
  • Monitor and triage in-shift issues, taking action where possible and escalating when required
  • Responsible for ensuring delivery of high-quality fulfillment for specific regions across customers
  • Work in early stages of deal launch to prove quality and execution

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Potential, motivation and ambition to grow and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to acquire new partners successfully
  • Results driven and track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Problem solving skills and ability to synthesize abstract into concrete
  • Highly organized with ability to plan, organize and execute
  • Independent and able to function with high-level autonomy
  • Use of tools like Google Sheets and SQL
