About the role
- Own the marketplace targets for launch deals to ensure high-quality fulfillment for customers
- Execute scaled tactics such as onboarding campaigns, marketplace analytics, and bonuses/incentives to deliver 100% fill rate on newly launched deals
- Use tools like Google Sheets, SQL, and additional resources to gather and analyze data to develop insights and inform decisions
- Monitor and triage in-shift issues, taking action where possible and escalating when required
- Responsible for ensuring delivery of high-quality fulfillment for specific regions across customers
- Work in early stages of deal launch to prove quality and execution
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience
- Potential, motivation and ambition to grow and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to acquire new partners successfully
- Results driven and track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Problem solving skills and ability to synthesize abstract into concrete
- Highly organized with ability to plan, organize and execute
- Independent and able to function with high-level autonomy
