About the role
- Support our partners with marketing materials, communication assets, and product information that help them promote Shiftmove effectively.
- Act as a bridge between the Partnership, Marketing, and Support teams to align initiatives, messaging, and partner activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute joint marketing initiatives such as newsletters, webinars, co-marketing campaigns, and events.
- Develop and optimise scalable workflows, templates, and tools that make partner collaboration efficient and measurable.
- Maintain partner data, monitor KPIs, and create dashboards that track campaign performance and engagement.
- Distribute and manage partner-facing materials in close alignment with the Marketing team.
Requirements
- Experience in Partner Marketing, Marketing Operations, Account Management, or Project Coordination, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment; adjacent backgrounds (e.g., office management with strong ops, sales/account management).
- Strong organizational skills and self-management, proven ability to handle a high-volume inbox and prioritize across stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of marketing channels, CRM systems, and campaign workflows.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize partner performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive, service-oriented attitude; resilient and adaptable in a changing environment.
- Native-level German and fluent English.
